Rules that keep everyone safe

Read this before your first request. Breaking these rules voids escrow protection and can suspend an account permanently.

To do

  • Agree on the exact product, brand, size and colour in writing before paying.
  • Keep all conversation and receipts inside the platform chat.
  • Fund the order into escrow so the buyer knows it is safe to purchase.
  • Ask for a photo or video of the item before it is packed.
  • Release payment within 48h of confirming the parcel arrived intact.

Not to do

  • Never pay a buyer directly by bank transfer, crypto or gift card.
  • Do not move the conversation to private messaging apps.
  • Do not ask a buyer to under-declare customs value.
  • Do not release escrow before the parcel is delivered and checked.
  • Do not share your ID documents with another member.

Warnings

  • Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the requester, not the buyer.
  • Perishable food may be seized at the border — check your country's rules first.
  • Parcels over the buyer's size or weight limit are split into extra shipments and re-priced.
  • Escrow auto-releases 14 days after delivery confirmation if no dispute is opened.

Prohibited items

  • Weapons, ammunition and tactical gear
  • Drugs, prescription medicine and vape liquids
  • Live animals, plants and seeds
  • Counterfeit or replica branded goods
  • Currency, gift cards and financial instruments
  • Hazardous goods: flammables, batteries shipped loose, aerosols

Requests containing prohibited items are cancelled and refunded automatically.
